0);'>最后，石井镇党委副书记、镇长人选王胜蓝作讲话。他指出，这是具有里程碑意义的一次会议，目的只有一个：就是要立足于全镇教育布局，全面提升营前小学教育质量，打造石井中心小学第一梯队优质学校。他深入分析了石井镇当前教育现状，并指出要正视当前教育资源仍不均衡、教师队伍发展受限等问题，并以大学之“大”在于“大师”和“大楼”为借喻，就如何办好教育谈了自己的看法。王胜蓝说，所谓“大师”，就是名校长名师队伍的培养。一支名校长队伍可以引领全镇教师不断提升自我，进而提高教育发展的源动力和内驱力。他表示接下来镇党委政府将积极探索新机制新做法，激活教师队伍活力。而“大楼”即学校内部建设和外围提升，镇党委政府拟设立教育引导资金，进一步支持学校建设。而学校也要以校董会成立为契机健全奖教机制，加大奖励力度，优化奖励方式，保障基本福利，安居方能乐业。他要求石井中心小学要牵头指导营前小学科学制定学校发展三年行动方案，细化学期目标推进表和重点工作月推进表，务必将全力推进营前小学高质量发展一流学校的任务落细落实。同时，他还强调各学校要切实做好开学前的疫情防控工作，健全疫情防控机制，落实好疫情防控预案，筑牢校园疫情防线，确保顺利开学。</span></section><p
