#C00000;'>全市普通中小学校、中职学校、幼儿园2023年秋季学期开学时间调整为<strong>9月4日</strong></span>，8月31日起全市中小学校幼儿园及校外培训机构有序停止军训、入学训练、研学实践、高三级学生教学辅导、校外培训等一切教学教研活动。各高校根据本校师生返校安排参照执行。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;'>各地各校要妥善安排，全力做好台风、强降雨及可能引发的次生灾害防御工作，全力以赴保障师生生命财产安全。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;'>一要强化组织领导。</span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;'>各地各校要坚持“人民至上、生命至上”原则，进一步增强风险意识和忧患意识，坚决克服麻痹思想和侥幸心理。压紧压实各方责任，完善防台风工作方案预案，细化工作措施。加强与应急管理、气象、水利等部门沟通配合，及时向师生发送台风信息、风险提示和防御指南，引导师生做好防风避险工作。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;'>二要强化隐患排查。</span></strong><span style='font-size: 17px;font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;'>各地各校要组织开展拉网式隐患排查，重点检查学校及周边地质灾害隐患、危旧校舍、配电间、消控室、排水管网、围墙、悬挂设备、易涝底楼及地下室、在建工地、危险化学品存放点等，对检查中发现问题要立即整改到位。要加强校内在建工程管理，通知施工单位在台风影响期间停止施工并做好防范加固等工作。</span></p><p sans-serif;'>各地各校要通过电话、微信、短信等渠道，立即对全体师生开展一次防台风宣传教育。提醒师生及时离开危险区域，在台风影响期间尽可能待在安全的室内，减少不必要的外出。做好留校师生、值守干部员工、校内施工人员等重点群体的安全提醒和安全防范。加强家校沟通，提醒家长在台风影响期间暂停孩子外出参加各类活动。</span></p><p
