资产收归集体所有，由大队进行统一管理。收采、开挖，划分海蛎片区，让各生产队自行管理巡顾。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">各生产队统一下海采收，按计重方式算工分，海蛎以人口分到各户开挖，定每百斤海蛎交几斤海蛎肉，到各户收集海蛎肉进行销售。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">海蛎的收采方式浪费了许多资源，又不能任意采收。在当时的领导班子、党员、贫协扩大会上，经研究，一致认定海蛎生产队为每户全年主要收入之一，认为以前收采海蛎方式过于浪费，不能做到粒粒归家，因此定下了有关方案：为调动农业、渔业、运输业、副业从业人员的生产积极性，截止每年的10月31日，各户出勤的工分与人口比例分配海蛎采收任务，各生产队应计算出每户应分的海蛎数量，然后到海蛎片区插牌抽包认领，按水产局下达的任务安排到各户完成，限至立夏前收采结束，余者归公所有。各生产队收入资金和开支，由大队统一管控做账，记入各生产队户头。</span></section></section></section><section 15px;">穿好海蛎壳后，需要通过“附苗”的方式进行海水养殖，一般是5月1号到15号期间，将海蛎壳放到海里去，海蛎壳需要放到滩涂上，经历涨潮退潮，经历日晒，海蛎壳不能一直在海水里面泡。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size:
