style='text-indent:2em;'>4月24日，南安市农业农村局经管科负责人带领相关技术人员来到古山村对接指导福建省农村产权流转交易平台运作。经管科负责人首先介绍了开展农村产权流转交易市场建设的意义及目标，并对试点工作进行部署。随后，技术人员详细讲解了平台的交易内容、交易方式、交易程序等，并对交易项目进行实操录入。同时市、镇、村相关负责人对如何建好、用好、规范好这个平台进行深入的交流探讨。据悉，此次纳入平台交易的古山村成功里停车场，位于古郭公路边与海洋路（规划中）交汇处，紧邻源昌成功里房地产，土地面积约5.379亩，现已全部水泥硬化，规划停车位131位，进出口处已安装停车系统，水电已预埋安装好。该项目是泉州市首个纳入福建省农村产权流转交易信息平台交易的试点案例，通过平台发布流转信息，能节约交易成本，提高交易效率和市场流动性。</p><section
