2em;'>“近些年来，为加快航运业发展提级提质，南安市制定出台了一系列优惠扶持政策，确保航运业享受到政策红利，进一步引导了新增车船落籍和外挂车船回迁我市，带动‘南安人经济’回流。”伍小民告诉记者，自2019年南安市港航产业协会成立以来，在南安市委、市政府的坚强领导和南安市交通局、石井镇党委政府的大力支持下，积极响应全市支持海港通道建设和港航产业提升工作要求，大力推动外挂船舶回归。</p><p
