style="text-indent: 0em;"></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">“石井靠海吃海，人们常年在海上生活、劳动，难免会遇到事故。”据队伍另一位发起人、今年73岁的洪瑞遵回忆，他和郑万健经常结伴出海钓鱼，早在队伍成立之前，他们目睹船只因失去动力被拖船拖走就有几十次，也曾多次出手参与救援。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">“干脆我们组织一支海上救护志愿服务队，可以帮助更多的人。”石井地处围头、金门、翔安、大嶝岛等海域的中心，对于“黄金救援4分钟”至关重要，于是，两人一拍即合。</section><section style="text-indent: 66);">如今，经过多年发展，这支队伍已拥有26名队员，全员都已取得红十字应急救护员证。其间，队伍还通过自费集资的方式，购置了8艘快艇和2艘摩托艇等海上救援用品，这极大加强了队伍救援能力。</span></strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(217, 33, 2em;">2022年的一个深夜，在一艘石井籍货船上，一名工人在切割作业时发生意外，碎片飞溅到心脏部位，事发地距离码头18海里，情况紧急。得知消息后，郑万健立即驾驶快艇，带领2名队员前往救援，最终，受伤人员被送到岸上的医院，经过抢救，脱离危险。郑万健回来时已是凌晨2点。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">有时候，救援也要讲究方法。去年12月，郑万健在码头站点值班，接到渔民洪财源家人的求助。原来，这位渔民出海钓鱼，船只突发故障，通过卫星电话打电话告诉了家人。考虑到事发地点距离码头有50海里，拖船来回起码要4小时，而附近恰好有其他队员和救援船，郑万健赶紧将情况告知附近的队员，尽快将故障船只拉了回来。“情系渔民办实事 真诚护航暖人心”，事后，洪财源向南安市红十字海上救护志愿服务队赠送了锦旗，如今，这面锦旗一直挂在码头站点里。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(217, 33, 66);">成立至今，该队伍已成功救援群众300多人，</span></strong>除了常规开展海上应急救援，他们还积极组织慰问困难群众、参加红十字应急救护大赛、参加公益献血及造血干细胞捐献、清理海漂垃圾、宣传保护中华白海豚及其它野生保护动物、组织开展防抗台风等志愿活动。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><p
