16px;">沙虫又称“海肠子”，外观长约2寸，呈长筒状，很像一根肠子，产于沿海滩涂一带沙泥低质的海域，涨潮时钻出，退潮时藏于沙泥洞中。一份处理干净的沙虫，需要经过翻面、去除内脏，再用海水、淡水、烫水、冷水等5次快速清洗，彻底清除细沙后，再整齐地排放在架子上，用专门的仪器吸干水分，最后放进烘干柜烘干……历经2个多小时的加工，新鲜的沙虫干就出炉了。</span></section><section
